Head of Service Received An Award At The 2nd Ibadan Housing and Construction Fair, June, 2019

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF) was invited to declare open the events at the 2^nd Ibadan Housing and Construction Fair 2019, organized by the Next City Realtors and Service Limited on the Theme “Unlocking the Barriers in Housing Finance”. The FISH Department booked a stand at the exhibition and actively participated.

In recognition of the effort of the OHCSF in providing affordable Houses for Federal Civil Servants, the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), as the first Recipient was honoured with an award of “The Leadership Personality of the Year” for her drive and passion in ensuring that Civil Servants become House Owners under the Federal Integrated Staff Housing (FISH) Programme. The Director, FISH, Mr. Emmanuel Otu received the award on behalf of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita.

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, ably represented by the Director, Federal Integrated Staff Housing (FISH) gave an Opening Speech on behalf of the Head of Service. In her speech titled “ Sustaining Housing Scheme For Civil Servants: Bridging the Barriers of Housing Deficit In Nigeria” he intimated the participants on the  benefits attainable from provision of mass housing globally while also stressing on the efforts put in place so far by the Head Of Service in ensuring that the Nigerian Civil Servants become House Owners. He discussed extensively on the focus of the Federal Integrated Staff Housing (FISH) Programme at the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation towards the provision of quality and affordable Housing for Civil Servants.
