FISH Management Staff Participates in a Housing Project Management Course at FITC Lagos

As part of efforts to reposition the Federal Integrated Staff Housing (FISH) Department for effective service delivery, the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation approved a capacity building training programme for the management staff of the FISH Department, which took place from the 3rd to 6th December, 2018 at the Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC) Lagos.

The programme covered the following courses: Effective Planning, Execution and Monitoring of Projects, Project Feasibility Analysis and Valuation, Practical case Study on Effective Planning, Execution and Monitoring of Projects, Structuring Finance of Housing Projects, Legal Issues in Housing Project Financing and Managing Multiple Projects Successfully, etc.

The objective of the training was to equip participants with relevant skills in achieving the mandate of the FISH programme by providing affordable and quality houses for Civil Servants.
